For separate parts, within the US, a shipping & handling fee calculated on the $ amount of your order is charged.

Complete surfACE's are charged a flat shipping & handling fee of $15, per unit, for UPS Ground service in all 50 states of the USA.

Complete surfACE's are charged a flat shipping & handling fee of $35, per unit, for UPS 2nd Day Air in the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Sorry, no 2nd Day Air shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. No Saturday delivery. Must be orderd before 5 PM EST to be shipped that day.

If you are ordering a mix of products these shipping&handeling fees will be added to each other

Delivery
Your order will be shipped, well packed, by UPS Ground Service or US Mail, unless otherwise is stated. International surfACE orders are shipped by US Mail unless otherwise stated.

If you want the delivery insured within the US or Canada you will have to pay for the extra cost, please contact us. International surfACE orders are always insured.

We will ship each order as soon as we possibly can. Most items will be dropped off at the shipping agent within a few days, but some items (or all items at certain times) might take up to 21 days before they reach you. If we realize that we can not deliver on this promise, we will contact you with a new delivery estimate or cancelation and refund of your payment.

Payments
PayPal hosts our credit card processing and shopping cart system through their secure servers. You can pay with any major credit card without having to set up an PayPal account first.

You can also pay using check or money order inside USA and Canada. Total the prices, add shipping and mail it with your order (make check payable to "edgeblur, inc.") to:

Include a note detailing the items you want and all the particulars (model, color, size, length, material), along with the address to which you want your goods shipped. If you've got email, please include that, as well.


Returns
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, you have to let us know within 3 days of receiving the product

We have a 10 day return policy. If you are unhappy with our product, you can return it to us within 10 days and we will refund your purchase price (not including the shipping charge), less a 10% restocking fee.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact surface@edgeblur.com with your order number and we will instruct you how to return your purchase.


General
We make every effort to get prices and descriptions correct, but sometimes things gets forgoten or entered wrong. Colors can vary depending on your computer platform and monitor. We also reserve the right to be humans, just like you, and to make silly mistakes.

All of our products are low in cholesterol, free from MSG and are dolphin safe.
