| Shipping Costs We charge a flat fee calculated on the $ amount of your order, within the US and Canada. Please contact us via email, sales@ edgeblur.com, with international orders and we will send a shipping quote.

| Delivery We will ship each order as soon as we possibly can. Your order will be shipped, well packed, by UPS Ground Service or US Mail. Contact us for price quote on express delivery. International surfACE orders are shipped by US Mail unless otherwise stated. If you want the delivery insured within the US or Canada you will have to pay for the extra cost, please contact us. International surfACE orders are always insured. Most items should be dropped off at the shipping agent within a few days, but some items (or all items at certain times) might take up to 21 days before they reach you. If we realize that we can not deliver on this promise, we will contact you with a new delivery estimate or cancelation and refund of your payment. There is a 3-4 week delivery time right now on any of the surfACE units. Please see this link for the delivery guidelines we follow: You can also pay using check or money order inside USA and Canada. Total the prices, add shipping and mail it with your order (make check payable to "edgeblur, inc.") to: edgeBlur, inc. Include a note detailing the items you want and all the particulars (model, color, size, length, material), along with the address to which you want your goods shipped.
